Here Is My Story…

In 2022, I found myself on a Greek island with nothing but a backpack and curiosity. It was terrifying and exhilarating all at once.

So, this is my story.

I’d just gone through a really unexpected breakup. I thought I had everything I wanted - but what I actually had was anxiety, attachment, fear, and a lack of self-worth.

Deep down, I always loved the earth, nature, and adventure, but I’d become comfortable where I landed, and being a bit of a people pleaser, I often put my passions second. Then suddenly being on my own, lot’s of suppressed emotions continued to arise from deeper rooted places within me that I knew I needed to deal with and overcome.

I spontaneously booked a last-minute flight to Greece and went searching for something more.

That trip planted the seed I was searching for. When I came home, I had this deep intuitive sense that I wanted to help other women step out of their comfort zones too, explore this beautiful earth, and reconnect deeply with themselves. I just wasn’t sure how… yet.

I soon quit my 9–5 job and became cabin crew! While flying around the world, I created a Facebook group called Girls Get Global (now Paige Dryland), a small online community where women shared stories of courage and personal growth through travel. This beautiful group has now stretched over 1,200 members from all over the world, which I am so grateful for!

I was really struggling with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), which basically means my hormones like to do their own thing; think - irregular cycles, skin flare-ups, and energy highs and lows. It pushed me to dive deeper into women’s health, holistic wellness, and natural ways of supporting my body. Pairing that passion with the community I was building, I felt inspired to create immersive retreats, mindful experiences, and holistic practices to share with other women that combined the adventure aspect too.

Fast forward to a solo month in Bali that deepened my love for mindful living. I immersed myself in yoga, meditation, and all things holistic wellness, discovering the profound impact the had on my mind and body. That inspiration led me to train in sound healing and meditation, and later to the beautiful mountains of Rishikesh, Northern India, where I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Now, every experience I create is shaped by my own journey and by my belief that we all hold so much power within us to transform our lives.

In sharing meals, laughter, and meaningful conversations, presence deepens into community, lowering stress and strengthening emotional wellbeing.

Alignment


Stepping away from routine and into a retreat space allows the nervous system to shift from survival into balance. Through yoga, meditation, sound healing, and mindful breathwork, the parasympathetic system is activated, cortisol levels drop, and heart and brain move into coherence—opening the way to inner guidance and clarity. Equally important is the power of human connection; when women gather in safe, supportive spaces, oxytocin is released, fostering trust, belonging, and resilience. In sharing meals, laughter, and meaningful conversations, stress softens, community strengthens, and emotional wellbeing flourishes.

Inspiration

Inspiration emerges when we create space for creativity, beauty, and possibility to flow. Stepping into a new environment frees the mind from routine and distraction, allowing it to relax and welcome fresh ideas. Time in nature further boosts creative thinking, while practices such as crafts, journaling, sound healing, and vision boarding activate different parts of the brain to reveal new perspectives. Surrounded by supportive women and free from daily demands, the mind and heart open naturally to new ways of seeing.

Growth

Growth is the natural outcome of giving yourself space to breathe, reflect, and expand. When you step outside familiar routines and into new environments, your perspective shifts, opening doors to self-discovery.
My retreats and holistic sessions create a safe container where curiosity is encouraged and vulnerability is met with support. In this space, growth feels less like pressure and more like a blossoming transformation. An organic, empowering process that unfolds at your own pace.

Empowerment

Empowerment is the natural embodiment of Presence, Alignment, Inspiration, and Growth, not through force but by remembering your wholeness and moving forward with authenticity. New experiences—whether hiking a mountain or speaking your truth in circle—stimulate neuroplasticity, forming fresh pathways in the brain. Each step beyond your comfort zone triggers a release of dopamine, reinforcing confidence and self-belief. In the encouragement of a supportive community, this process is amplified, leaving you with a deeply rooted sense of empowerment that extends far beyond the retreat itself.
