Focus 1: Grounding
You know that feeling when your nervous system is constantly on edge? This focus helps you create a sense of ground beneath you. Working with your feet, legs, and lower body to feel steady instead of shaky..
Focus 2: Creativity
Release the tension you've been holding in your hips, lower back, and pelvis. This focus helps you reconnect with pleasure, creativity, and the ability to actually feel good in your own skin.
Focus 3: Power
Release the tension you've been holding in your solar plexus, gut, and upper belly. This focus helps you reclaim your boundaries, stop carrying what isn't yours, and step into your own power without burning out.
Focus 4: Heart
Release the tension you've been holding in your chest, shoulders, and upper back. This focus helps you give without getting resentful, receive without feeling guilty, and connect with people without completely exhausting yourself.
Focus 5: Expression
Release the tension you've been holding in your throat, jaw, and neck. This focus helps you say what you actually mean, stop biting your tongue, and express yourself without performing or filtering everything.
Focus 6: Clarity
Release the tension you've been holding in your forehead, temples, and head. This focus helps you trust your gut, cut through the mental overwhelm, and make decisions without overthinking everything to death.
Focus 7: Purpose
Release the tension you've been holding at the crown of your head and through your entire nervous system. This focus helps you step back from the chaos, get perspective on what actually matters, and find sense of direction.

Yoga & Somatic Movement
Releases stored tension in the fascia and nervous system. When you move intentionally, you're literally processing stuck emotions and stress that your body has been holding onto. Studies show it reduces cortisol, improves vagal tone, and helps regulate the nervous system.
Breathwork
Directly shifts your nervous system state. Slow, intentional breathing activates your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), while dynamic breathwork can release suppressed emotions and increase energy. It's one of the fastest ways to move from fight-or-flight into calm.
Sound Integration
Uses vibrational frequencies to influence brainwave states and nervous system regulation. Research shows sound therapy can reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and create a meditative state that allows the body to process and release tension.
EFT Tapping
Combines acupressure with focused attention to calm the your brains ‘fear centre’. Clinical trials show it reduces anxiety and stress by interrupting the body's stress response in real time.
Self-Massage
Stimulates nerves and releases tension held in muscles and connective tissue. It improves lymphatic flow, reduces inflammation, and signals safety to your nervous system, telling your body it's okay to relax.

but more importantly, I've been where you are…
A few years ago, I was stuck. I couldn't speak up. I was making decisions that didn't serve me, staying in relationships that made me unhappy, dealing with family dynamics that drained me. I didn't know how to set boundaries without feeling guilty. I was frustrated and pretending everything was fine.
For a long time, I ran…literally. I was a runner. Fast, strong, constantly pushing. But looking back, I realize I was running away from my problems, not dealing with them.
Then I found yoga. And it taught me to stay. To feel what I was actually feeling instead of numbing it or running from it. I went deeper, trained in Bali, studied in India, became obsessed with understanding not just the practice but the why behind it.
Sound healing came next. I didn't have some massive spiritual awakening people talk about. But something shifted. I started studying the science, how sound frequencies affect your nervous system, your brain and your body. I bought my first bowls and started practicing on my dad and my friends. And I could feel it, their energy, where they were stuck, how to help them find balance again.
These practices changed my life. They taught me that sometimes you have to make decisions for yourself that come at a cost to other people, and that's okay. That meaningful change doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from slowing down, listening inward, and doing the work your body's been asking you to do.
I created Seven Energies because I know what it's like to feel stuck, disconnected, and exhausted. And I know these tools work, not because I've "healed," but because I'm still doing the work myself.

There are two sessions each week, ranging from around 20 to 60 minutes. You don’t need to do them on specific days, you can choose what fits best with your schedule.
