Activity:
Today, you’ll reconnect with your body through gentle movement (no yoga video needed!)
Find a quiet space, put on calming music (optional), and intuitively stretch or move your body in any way that feels good.
Focus on slow, intentional breathing as you move.
Suggestions:
Roll your shoulders back.
Stretch your arms overhead.
Circle your hips or sway gently side to side.
Close your eyes and let your body guide you, this is about feeling, not performing.
Choose Your Reflection Question:
“How did my body feel before vs. after I moved?”
“Where do I hold tension, and what might that tension be telling me?”
“What sensations or emotions surfaced during my movement practice?”
