Activity:

  • Focus on slow, intentional breathing as you move.

Suggestions:

  • Roll your shoulders back.

  • Stretch your arms overhead.

  • Circle your hips or sway gently side to side.

  • Close your eyes and let your body guide you, this is about feeling, not performing.

  • “How did my body feel before vs. after I moved?”

  • “Where do I hold tension, and what might that tension be telling me?”

  • “What sensations or emotions surfaced during my movement practice?”
